How long will it take to receive my case after I place my order?
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of placing it with us. Orders that are made on Fridays or the weekends will be shipped out first thing on the following Monday. Most cases are delivered in 2-5 business days depending on your shipping address location from our warehouse in Arizona. (Delays may occur during extreme weather or any delays that affect UPS directly). You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is leaving our warehouse. If you do not receive this email please contact us.

Can I receive a photo of the actual case that I am purchasing?
Although we would love to do this for our customers, we just are not able to due to the volume of cases that we sell and the amount of work it takes to get them wrapped and shipped as fast as possible to you! We have streamlined our operation so that we can offer you the best quality cases at a steep discount and to be able to include FREE UPS shipping as well. (These cases are very expensive to ship!)
All cases that we sell are pre-owned and in very good to great condition. These items can come with cosmetic blemishes, scratches and scuffs or missing labels. All of our cases are guaranteed to be in 100% good working order and are guaranteed 100% authentic.
Do you accept returns?
Although we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to our items shipping costs, we do everything possible to make sure that the case(s) that you receive are in good condition! All of our cases are inspected before we ship them out, and guaranteed to be in 100% good working order and are guaranteed 100% authentic.
Do you offer discounts?
We do not offer discount codes or sales any longer (Our prices are already deeply discounted!). We decided that with shipping costs constantly increasing that we would just keep the lowest prices possible to our customers without any extra headache. Our price increases only happen with limited stock and when shipping increases occur. We always make sure that we have the best quality used cases in stock at great prices compared to anywhere else found online.
