Although we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to our items shipping costs, we do everything possible to make sure that the case(s) that you receive are in good condition! The photos on on our website do not show the exact case that you will receive (we just don't have enough time to take photos of every case that we send out). We currently do not ship outside of the United States. All online orders include FREE UPS SHIPPING. Orders are shipped UPS GROUND with tracking & insurance. After checking out we ship out orders within 48 hours. Orders placed on Thursday after 1PM (MT) are shipped out the following Monday. Delivery time ranges from 2-5 days after we process and ship out your order (Delays may occur during extreme weather or any delays that affect UPS directly). You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is leaving our warehouse. If you do not receive this email please contact us.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico due to shipping costs.
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO, PO BOX or mail forwarding addresses.
